TRAMPOLINES.CO.UK OFFER FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS*

The cut off time for next day delivery varies depending on the product. Any orders received after that time on weekdays or orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. The number of delivery days quoted are indicative and working days i.e. Monday to Friday. If weekend delivery is available it will be offered to you at checkout for an additional charge depending on the product ordered and your postcode.

Whilst we will make every effort to meet the delivery time given, we use a contracted third party to make our deliveries and therefore the actual delivery is beyond our control. As such please note that any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible. We will not be in breach of contract if we do not deliver within the indicated time period. We ask that all information provided by you is accurate and that you include a daytime contact number, mobile telephone number and email address so we are able to contact you in the event of a delivery query. It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of parcels received on the carrier's delivery note/electronic scanner. You should notify us of any shortages within 48 hours.

All information relies on there being stock and we endeavour to keep the site (Trampolines.co.uk) up to date with any stock issues. Should any product not be available at the time of your order we will contact you immediately via e-mail, you will then have the option to wait for the product to come into stock, swap to an alternative (there may be an additional cost), or we will give you a full refund.

Trampolines.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances. Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for. The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of the order, and goods will be shipped under Customer's responsibility as defined above.

Installation

We know that time is precious, and we all want the best for our families so we are pleased to be able to offer you a premium trampoline delivery and installation service. This will get your family bouncing as quickly as possible with no stress! We can even arrange to install your trampoline while you are out. Wouldn't that be a great surprise for your children to come home to?

Save £40 by adding it to your order on checkout and then delivery and installation will be taken care of. 

How it works: 

 • You will receive a phone call from our specialist installation team to arrange a convenient day - usually within 3 working days

 • You will receive a call on the day to let you know whether it will be arriving in the morning or afternoon

 • The driver will call you approximately one hour before arrival

 • There will usually be two people to deliver your trampoline and they will install it where you direct them to in your garden.

Please note trampolines should be placed on flat ground - ideally grass.

Tie Down Kits and Canopies are not included in the installation price, and installation service does not include digging a hole for inground trampolines.

COVID-19 Update 

Please be aware the carriers are dealing with huge volumes of orders and face the same COVID-19 challenges that we all face.  If your order does not arrive on the allotted day, please be patient and wait 3 days before contacting us for further information.
