TRAMPOLINES.CO.UK OFFER FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS*
Please be aware that due to the current weather conditions there may be delays or disruption with deliveries, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

The cut off time for same day despatch varies depending on the product. Any orders received after that time on weekdays or orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. The number of delivery days quoted are indicative and working days i.e. Monday to Friday. If weekend delivery is available it will be offered to you at checkout for an additional charge depending on the product ordered and your postcode.
Whilst we will make every effort to meet the delivery time given, we use a contracted third party to make our deliveries and therefore the actual delivery is beyond our control. As such please note that any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible. We will not be in breach of contract if we do not deliver within the indicated time period. We ask that all information provided by you is accurate and that you include a daytime contact number, mobile telephone number and email address so we are able to contact you in the event of a delivery query. It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of parcels received on the carrier's delivery note/electronic scanner. You should notify us of any shortages within 48 hours.
All information relies on there being stock and we endeavour to keep the site (Trampolines.co.uk) up to date with any stock issues. Should any product not be available at the time of your order we will contact you immediately via e-mail, you will then have the option to wait for the product to come into stock, swap to an alternative (there may be an additional cost), or we will give you a full refund.
Trampolines.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances. Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for. The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of the order, and goods will be shipped under Customer's responsibility as defined above.
Please be aware that due to the knock-on effect of Covid-19 there are currently shipping delays being experienced worldwide.
We know that time is precious, and we all want the best for our families, so we are pleased to be able to offer you a premium trampoline installation service to enable your family to get bouncing as quickly as possible with no stress!

How it Works
Once your trampoline has been delivered, we will ask you to confirm that you have everything as expected, we will then pass your details to our specialist team.
The team will contact you directly to book your appointment, they will also call you the day before to confirm everything and you’ll receive a text in the morning with their ETA to allow you to plan your day around them.
All you need to do is find a nice flat surface in your garden (ideally grass) and choose which trampoline you’d like to see there; we’ll do the rest!
Please note tie down kits and other accessories are not included in the installation service and the service does not include any ground works required for an inground trampoline including digging the hole.
Please be aware that due to current shipping delays outside of our control, we may experience delays in fulfilling your order. For any pre-ordered goods, if the expected date for your order changes, we will contact you to inform you. Due to the volume of deliveries passing through our third-party delivery networks, there may be a delay in you receiving your order. As soon as your goods are shipped from our warehouse you will receive email notification which will include track and trace details. If your order does not arrive on the allotted day, please be patient and wait 3 days before contacting us for further information.
