Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days from the day after your goods have been received.

Returning your goods

If you decide to return the goods, please email cancel@trampolines.co.uk with your name, descriptions of the goods concerned and your order number. Alternatively, you can download a returns form and email this to cancel@trampolines.co.uk

When returning your goods please include a printed returns form which will enable us to quickly process your return and any required refunds.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of returning goods and that we recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit. You may also find it helpful to photograph the item(s) before you send them back to us as a record of their condition in case of any damage during transit.

Cancelling before despatch

If you cancel your order before we have despatched your goods you will receive a full refund. However, cancelations made after the goods have been despatched (ie the shipment email has been sent), even if they have not yet been delivered, will be treated as a return and charges may apply.

Returning after assembly

Unfortunately, we are unable to receive and refund any item that has been already assembled or part assembled.

Charges

Any charges will be communicated. If your goods were originally despatched with a delivery surcharge due to a request for delivery outside of our normal delivery times, method or areas, the surcharge paid for this service will not be refunded.

Care of goods

Your goods must arrive back with us within 14 days of your notice of cancellation. We strongly advise that you use a tracked service to return your item(s). The risk of damage to goods in transit will be yours, as will the cost of returns. All items should be returned to us clean, unused and in their original packaging wherever possible.

All goods are inspected on return for any signs of use or damage and we reserve the right to deduct monies from refunds where goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value. Self-assembly items cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty.

Your refund

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the items are in the process of being returned. Please contact us if you have any questions.
