Terms and Conditions

Before we get into the ‘small print’ we would like to remind customers that sending your web order to us is not the start of a contract. In very basic terms, product pages are an ‘Invitation to Treat’.  On receipt of your ‘Offer’ we will begin processing and send you an email.  During processing we will decide whether to 'Accept' your order and will change your order status to 'despatched'.   At this point our 'Contract' begins.  Once an order has been processed it is usually not possible for changes to be made to that order.  These terms apply to your current order.   We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.

Law

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with UK Law. These Terms and Conditions are written in the English language and all notices and communications shall be in the English language. In the event that these Terms and Conditions are translated into another language, the English language text shall prevail.

Prices

All prices are shown in £GBP and include VAT. The price paid will be the advertised price at the time of your order and will be shown on your invoice which will be emailed to you as part of our confirmation. The advertised price of any product may be changed by us at any time. We will do our best to ensure that the correct prices are displayed on our website, however, should an error become apparent and a product’s correct price is higher than that stated on your order we reserve the right to inform you and you can then choose to pay the additional amount and proceed with the order or cancel and receive a refund of any money paid in respect of that order.

Payment

Once we download your order onto our system we take payment, information provided on your order is then checked by a member of staff and should any discrepancies be found you will be contacted. You undertake that all details provided by you in order to facilitate the processing of your order by us will be true and accurate. We may take steps to validate and/or verify the authenticity of payment details prior to fulfilling your order.

Trampolines.co.uk accept the following cards for payment: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta, Maestro or Electron. Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order placed by you.

Availability & Product Descriptions

All products on our website are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable we reserve the right to offer a substitute product of equivalent value, specification and price. In the event that a suitable alternative is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payment made in respect of that item. Manufacturers periodically update their products and we reserve the right to supply these even if pictures and descriptions may vary from that listed on our website.

Changes and Cancellations

No changes can be made to your order once it has been placed on our system.   No cancellations can be made once the order has been picked at our warehouse.  At this point your order will be treated as a return and charges will apply.

Returns

You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen working days from the day after your goods have been received.

Ideally this cancellation should be sent by e-mail to trampolines.co.uk at cancel@trampolines.co.uk and must state your name, a description of the goods concerned and the order number of the cancelled contract. Attaching the Order Confirmation trampolines.co.uk originally sent you will also assist trampolines.co.uk in processing your cancellation and refund as quickly as possible.

Please note there is a cancellation form available for download here  and you can email your details using this if you prefer. This Cancellation Form is also ideal as a means of identifying who the returned product is from so if you can complete, print off and include with your returned goods that will expedite matters.

Please note, if your goods were originally despatched with a delivery surcharge due to a request for delivery outside of our normal delivery times, method or areas, the surcharge paid for this service will not be refunded.  For all returns the following conditions apply:

You must take reasonable care of the goods and then return the goods to trampolines.co.uk by registered post or similar to arrive back with us within 14 days of your notice of cancellation. The risk of damage to the goods in transit will be yours as will the cost of returning the item. We reserve the right to deduct monies from refunds where goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value. We request that you return the goods with the original packaging.

Self-assembly items cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 Days of receipt of returned items, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the items are in the process of being returned.

Installation Service

We are pleased to offer our assembly service for trampolines. Please take note of the following important details outlining the scope and terms of our service. It's essential to understand that our service specifically covers the assembly process only. We do not undertake any groundwork or site preparation tasks. Our installation service aims to ensure the proper setup and installation of your purchased product. Our skilled professionals will perform the installation as per the guidelines and standards provided by the manufacturer.

Your Responsibility: Before our fitter arrives, it is your responsibility to ensure that the chosen area for the trampoline is clear and properly prepared. This includes any necessary clearing and levelling of the ground. The area should be made ready for our fitter to proceed with the assembly.

Unsuitable Areas: In the event that our fitter determines that the designated area for the trampoline is unsuitable, possibly due to uneven ground or a steep slope, we maintain the right to decline completing the assembly. This decision is based on health and safety concerns. It's important to note that despite the assembly not taking place, the full installation charge will still apply.

Anchors and Groundwork: If you have purchased anchor fittings for the trampoline please be aware that the fitting of these anchors is not part of our assembly service. The installation of anchors is considered a type of groundwork and falls beyond the scope of our assembly service.

Warranty Coverage: It is important to note that the installation service does not extend to cover any after-sales warranty issues. Any concerns or problems arising after the installation will be treated as if the product was purchased without the installation service included. The manufacturer's warranty or any applicable warranty terms will apply in such cases.

Cancellation: If an assembly appointment is cancelled after it has been confirmed with yourself by our assembly team, a cancellation charge of £35 will be incurred.

We appreciate your understanding of these terms and conditions related to our assembly service. By purchasing the service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
