Where can I download the instruction manual for my trampoline?

Right here. Search above by your trampoline's name, size, brand, or product code (SKU), then tap PDF manual to open it. Every manual is free to download, so save it to your phone and it's to hand in the garden.

Is there a video I can build along with?

For many of our trampolines, yes. Look for Build video next to the manual. It plays right here on the page, so you can pause, rewind, and build at your own pace.

My trampoline isn't listed. What should I do?

It may be an older model or one we no longer sell. Call Poppy and the team on 01342 776 488, or email hello@trampolines.co.uk with your order number or a photo of the trampoline, and we'll find the right manual and email it to you.

Where do I find the SKU or product code?

It's listed in the specifications on the trampoline's product page. Not sure which one you have? Search by the name on your order confirmation email instead, or just the size and brand, such as "12ft Salta".

How long does it take to build a trampoline?

Most of our trampolines take 2 to 3 hours with two adults. The biggest models take 3 to 4 hours, and an inground trampoline takes about 2 hours once the pit is dug. Pick a dry afternoon and make an occasion of it.

Can someone build it for me?

Yes. Through our partnership with Taskrabbit, you can book a Tasker to build trampolines up to 14ft while you get on with your weekend. For inground trampolines, the Tasker builds the trampoline once the pit is dug, and the digging is a separate job. See how Tasker assembly works.

A part is missing or damaged. What should I do?

Stop building and get in touch before you go any further. Send Poppy and the team your order number and a photo of the part, and we'll sort it out. For worn parts on an older trampoline, see how to order spare parts.

How much space does a trampoline need?

Allow 2m of clear space all the way round, away from fences, sheds, trees, and washing lines, on flat, level ground. Build it in the spot where it will live, so you're not moving it afterwards.
