Need a replacement part for your trampoline? You're in the right place.
Whether it's a worn spring, a torn safety net or a mat that's seen better days, we supply spares for every trampoline we sell, and for most of the models we've stocked over the years. We know how frustrating a broken trampoline is for kids, so the process is designed to be quick and, more importantly, accurate.
There are three steps. Gather a few details, send us a request, and complete your purchase through a secure payment link.
Every request is checked by our UK-based team before we dispatch, so you get the right part for your exact model the first time.

Step 1
Gather your details
Before you contact us, have the following to hand:
- Your original order number, or your trampoline model (this is usually printed on the frame or the safety label).
- The specific part number, if it's listed in your assembly manual.
- A few clear photos of the part you need. This is the best way for us to match it correctly first time.
If you have your assembly manual, it's worth a look before you get in touch. It will often name and number the exact component.
Not sure what a part is called? Use the diagram below to identify the most common trampoline components. If the part you need isn't shown, don't worry. Just describe it to our team. We have access to every spare part available, and our experts will happily help you work out exactly what you need.

Step 2
Send an email request
Email our team at hello@trampolines.co.uk with the details and photos you gathered in Step 1.
Please include:
- Your original order number, or your trampoline model.
- Specific part numbers, if they're available in your manual.
- Photographs of the parts required (again, this is the best way to guarantee a perfect match).
You're very welcome to call us for advice, and we're always happy to talk things through. However, we do need a written request to process a spare part order.
That manual check is what prevents the frustration of waiting for a part that turns out not to fit.

Step 3
Receive your payment link
Once we've identified the correct part, our team will create the order for you by hand and email you a secure payment link.
Follow the link to complete your purchase, and we'll dispatch your spare part straight to your door.
Not all replacements are equal. Here's how we decide what's free and what's chargeable.
Warranty vs Chargeable Spare Parts
Warranty replacements: Free
If our team determines the part has failed because of a manufacturing defect, and your product is still within its warranty period, we'll replace it free of charge.
Chargeable replacements
For anything that isn't a manufacturing defect, the spare parts and shipping will be chargeable. This covers:
- General wear and tear from use
- Lost parts
- Damage caused by misuse or extreme weather
Please Note: delivery is free for warranty claims. All other spare part orders carry a shipping cost.
Still not sure? No question is too small. Contact us using the form below.
Frequently Asked Questions
Identifying Your Part
What if I don't have my original order number?
What if I don't have my original order number?
Not a problem. If you don't have the order number, the model name and photos become even more important. Send us a clear photo of the whole trampoline and we can usually identify the model for you.
My trampoline is an older model; are parts still available?
My trampoline is an older model; are parts still available?
We carry stock for many older and even discontinued models. If a direct replacement isn't available, our team can often suggest a compatible alternative or an upgrade kit to get you bouncing again.
I’ve lost my original manual. How do I know which part to ask for?
I’ve lost my original manual. How do I know which part to ask for?
Not a problem. Most parts can be identified using simple measurements, such as frame diameter and spring length, along with a few clear photos.
Do I need to send photos if I already have the part number?
Do I need to send photos if I already have the part number?
Photos are still the best way to confirm a match first time, particularly if your trampoline is an older model or the manual's part numbers have changed. If you have the number, send it anyway.
More information means fewer delays, never more.
Can I just use a universal part from another shop?
Can I just use a universal part from another shop?
We don't recommend it. Safety parts like nets, mats and pads are designed for specific frame sizes and spring tensions.
Using the wrong part can be dangerous and will void your warranty.
Ordering
Can I order spare parts over the phone?
Can I order spare parts over the phone?
You're very welcome to call us for advice, and we're always happy to talk things through. However, we do require a written request by email so we can record your part numbers and model details accurately. That manual check is what prevents mistakes.
How do I pay for my parts?

How long will my spare part take to arrive?
How long will my spare part take to arrive?
Once your payment is confirmed, we'll dispatch your part and confirm the tracking details by email. If parts are in stock, we usually dispatch on the same day on a 2-day delivery service.
If parts need to be ordered from the manufacturer, it may take a little longer but we will keep you in the loop throughout the process.
Can I add other items to my spare part order?
Can I add other items to my spare part order?
Yes, and it's a good time to do it. Since a delivery fee applies to your spare part order, you can add accessories like a cover, anchor kit or a new ladder at the same time.
Just let our team know what you'd like to add before we send your payment link.
Is it worth repairing my trampoline or should I just buy a new one?
Is it worth repairing my trampoline or should I just buy a new one?
It depends on the age and condition of your frame. If the frame is sturdy and rust-free, replacing a mat or net is far more cost-effective. If several major components are failing, or the frame is bent, our team will happily advise you on whether it's time for a new model.
Installation & Maintenance
Will I be able to fit the replacement part myself?

Most spare parts, such as springs, safety pads and nets, are designed for straightforward home installation. We can often provide digital assembly guides or video links to help you through it.
Do replacement parts come with fitting instructions?
Do replacement parts come with fitting instructions?
Springs, safety pads and nets are easy to fit at home, and we can usually send a digital guide or a video link for your specific model.
If you'd rather not tackle it yourself, just ask us about assembly options when you get in touch.
The part I received looks slightly different from my old one, is it wrong?
The part I received looks slightly different from my old one, is it wrong?
We often update designs for better safety or durability. As long as our team has verified your model number, the part will be compatible, even if the colour or material has a slightly newer look.
