Unlike steel springs that can lose tension or "over-stretch" over time, our high-tech composite rods are designed to maintain their exact "spring" for years. They are tested for millions of cycles. In the unlikely event of damage, individual rods can be replaced without having to disassemble the entire unit.

We recommend a minimum lateral clearance of 1 metre around the entire perimeter of the trampoline. Because the FlexiNet™ is designed to be flexible and absorb impact, this "safety buffer" ensures the net has room to move without coming into contact with garden fences, walls, or trees.

Yes! A Springfree trampoline provides a bounce height equivalent to a high-end spring-based model. However, because our mat has higher porosity (it pumps less air and returns more energy to the jumper), the feel is smoother and much less jarring. It’s designed to be a "deep" bounce that is significantly gentler on joints and growing bones.

Most of our trampolines can be fully assembled by two adults in about 2 hours.

We're sorry we can't ship directly to the rest of the world but we are happy to liaise with a UK freight forwarder to arrange delivery overseas. To do this simply enter your freight forwarder's details in the delivery address at checkout. If you have any queries please contact us.

Don't worry, we'll get it sorted. If you see damage to the box, please accept the delivery but make sure the driver notes the damage on their system. Then, take photos and email us at sales@trampolines.co.uk within 24 hours.

All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you think you have a manufacturing fault, email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
